So I must tell myself this.
I have been going to the gym faithfully, drinking my water, ran 9 miles one day and another 12 on the treadmill, and not sneaking any C and C's (chips and chocolate). But I was two pounds up this Friday. So I must tell myself - give it time, stay with it and don't stop!
Next weeks goal will be to really be aware of what I do and what I don't do. I will make it a good week and have a wonderful weigh in on Friday. I won't give up.
Did I read correct? You ran 12 miles on a TREADMILL????? I can't imagine running 12 miles on the treadmill. Running on a trail with new scenery is the only way I can manage large amounts of miles. I would love to be able to run 12 miles on a treadmill. What pace on the treadmill were you set at. Please share your secrets!!
ReplyDeleteGood for you Deb! I always hate the weeks were I am perfect and the scale does not move. I find it takes a full week for the scale to see my effort.
