Yea - I was down 6.4 pounds this week!  Of course that was after gaining on vacation, but I will take it.  This is the lowest I have been since the new year and hope to lose another 3 to 5 by the half!  Go me!

  1. You Go Girl! I also had a good week - running all 5 days with over 5 miles each day. We have less than 8 weeks left so time to increase the miles.

    Linda and I are using the www.loseit.com application. It would be great and motivating to me if you put your food and exercise in there. We can then "friend" each other and cheer each other on. It is similar to sparkpeople but simpler and less function (but good enough)

      I can do that. I was just about to give up on the whole thing...superbowl killed me and not feeling great, but your comment has re-motivated me!
